Buln Buln East offers a fabulous clean and healthy life style for city slickers and family dwellers. It has everything.... With Warragul close by and the Neighbours as friendly as Pie, this is the place to live if you want to escape the rat race without going out too far to get it.
In our time at Buln Buln we have experienced Lyerbirds, echidnas, wallabies, snakes, and all the wonderful interest this brings. We have our own park so we dont use the parks, we have our own veggies and orchids, and heating system, so we don't take much out of the grids we collect our own water and live sustainably, Im sure everyone else will get there eventually, but if you want to get ahead , this is the place to do it... We love it. Its truely green. People can talk about sustainability but this is how to do it on a grand scale.

You are very lucky land sizes growing too small to even get a decent sized garden. The country life in Warragul slowly vanishing and being replaced by stamped out housing on plots so small you can forget even a small veg bed.
