Rockdale
"Tired and old looking"
To me Rockdale appears as a place whose Council needs performance management. The streets are littered with garbage, old and rundown shops which requires serious facelift. It should be a great suburb given its proximity to the city.

Responding to run down vibe , some of our small business owners went under during Covid , the recovery will resuscitate some of this.
true there are some lower income pockets of apartments, but its a big suburb with areas of larger, higher income family homes and nice family amenities if youre at that stage of life.
