Glebe has excellent transport links to the CBD (or you could walk) and other parts of Sydney... The shopping is great; quirky shops along Glebe Point Road mixed in with the Broadway Shopping Centre means there is something for everyon. The Glebe Foreshore walk is lovely and the sporting facilities (countless gyms, Victoria Park with its pool and gym, rowing club, capoeira classes) and parks are great.
