Noble Park North is a safe, family friendly suburb with M1 and M3 freeways, Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre and excellent schools. Ignore the "Noble Park" part of the title, this area is going to boom right now! Excellent public transport.

Mulgrave has some nice houses, but is now unaffordable for the average buyer.

Walking distance to a good local primary school.
Regular bus service on Jacksons Rd, Close to Waverley Gardens and both M1 & Eastlink freeways

Very safe suburb with low crime rate. Noble Park North has everything you could want from multiple lovely parks, public transport at your doorstep, friendly neighbours, terrific shopping centre, both major freeways (Eastlink and Monash), great schools including Silverton Primary School. Noble Park North is about 30 mins from the city, beaches, Dandenongs … etc.
Huge potential growth suburb.
