West Ryde is a great place to live, I have been here for almost 2 years and never had any problems. The West Ryde village shops is getting a new Coles, a second undercover parking and more shops. There are a lot of new properties being built, and house prices have seen a jump in 2010. The blocks are large and the streets are leafy and a great place for families. The West Ryde station is relatively new and provide commuters with everything they need. As a woman, I have never had a problem walking back from the station late at night and feel safe. Overall we would recommend West Ryde to people that we know to live here.
