I lived here before the newer infrastructure, rail link and shopping outlets were built. It was fairly peaceful, lots of wildlife and family orientated. The newer facilities have definitely improved the area and it’s proximity to North Lakes and the highway make it attractive. Smaller properties have added diversity in age groups to the area. Small blocks in newer parts, good schools, some crime mainly break-ins. Slightly more expensive than North Lakes. 8/10.

I have lived in North Lakes for over 10 years. Being a master planned suburb, it has grown somewhat over those years.
Seeing a Roo is a rare sight indeed here now.
Prices have risen considerably here mainly due to the facilities/shops. The Primary schools are good however the state high school does not have the best reputation.
Unfortunately this ‘golfing’ suburb has lost its Golf Course leaving just a high density, small block community. Lots of rentals.
