Lived here for four years and having a large family visit me, there was always room for the very young to play and enjoy to the oldest to sit and enjoy. The pool was the main focus in summer, sharing many fun times. Having such a large entertainment area allowed for room for all to relax.

Being so close to the shops we could walk there, bus around the corner allowed children to get into town with ease and having a school around the corner would of been the perfect place if my children were younger.

The other best aspect is that you dont have people across the road from you as it is a large nature strip which was used to play cricket or football.

This house is so family orientated and developed for the enjoyment of young children, grandchildren having a play area with swings, sand pit and a cage for rabbits ect, moving around the garage to find a hugh cubby wooden cubby house.

It is a quiet street with limited traffic. The neighbours keep to themselves as I did.

Only reason it is on sale I am moving into a caravan park. The family that gets this house will enjoy all its benefits.
