Fantastic parks, caring community, access to great pubs, cafes and some retail- woollies, dans, bunnings! but close to
newtown and broadway

"Although its a busy road- we don't hear the traffic and we are surrounded with parks."
At the Erskineville Oval side of Mitchell Road- we have views of the park and a lovely line of houses with friendly neighbours. There are sufficient amenities close by and still only a 7 minute walk to Erskineville village- trains and shops.
