This is a street with a semi-rural feel, beautiful nature walks nearby on neighbouring streets Hillcrest and Kingston road. It's a safe street, with many homes within walking distance to the Fire Station. Centre Rd meets Southgateway road which leads to the local grocery store and shopping centre. Neighbours are nice and there is a low-to medium flow of traffic. Nearly no night traffic.

Enjoyed living here especially due to 15 minute proximity to the beach and 5 to 10 minutes to the most beautiful Nature reserves in Victoria. Langwarrin is a calm place beautifully positioned close to famous Cruden Farm, McClelland Sculpture and Art Gallery Park, Frankston Pier and 2 excellent shopping centres nearby -- Karingal Hub and Bayside Shopping Centre. The air is fresh here, it's a country town feel but also minutes from a train station and the beautiful beach side restaurants & pier.
