We’ve lived here for about 5 years and have found it to be a great secure spot with great neighbours. It’s surprisingly close to Brisbane CBD being only 35 minutes away. There’s several new estates along with adjoining Ripley and lots of parks and new schools planned!

We have lived in Griffin for past 5 years. Griffin is a great spot to live for families and singles, only 20km from Brisbane CBD and easy to get to Westfield Northlakes, Bunnings, Costco, Coles also the beach is very close and there’s nice pathways along the coast. The suburb is mostly houses under 10 years old and limited space for anything new, we prefer over Northlakes as its closer to the city.
Its also easy to get onto the Bruce Highway to get to the Sunshine Coast, City or Gold Coast.
