A quiet court of around 26 houses wrapping around a beautifully maintained green. The green is a showpiece, used regularly for both planned and impromptu get-togethers where almost everyone in the street (and many who have moved away) come together to eat, drink and socialise. The court is a diverse mix of retirees, young families with kids and couples, who enjoy the location tucked on the "good" side of Nepean Highway, far enough from the traffic and yet a 5 minute walk to either Dendy Park or Moorabbin Station. By car, it's a five minute drive to Southland, Brighton Beach or the Hampton shops. For the price of properties in the street, Bayside living doesn't come better than this.
