"Perfect for local young couples starting out in the area"
The best suburb in the area to live due to being both home owners and higher paying rental tenants so everyone looks after their houses, yards and are quiet. A pet-friendly and family-friendly neighbourhood surrounded by beautifully kept parks (including dog parks) and untouched Australian forestry.

I lived in Heritage park all my life and never had a single smell from the dump and I never even noticed that it actually exists.

Very quiet suburb with a park and friendly neighbourhood, A secret gem. Bought my house a couple years ago and now my property is worth 150k more. Super happy

Hope you dont mind me asking you a question. Hubby and I are thinking of buying in Heritage Park and noticed its right next to the dump. Do you ever get a bad smell from the dump? Thanks
