Paradise Point

"Its Home"

When we first arrived in the Gold Coast we didn't know a good area to a bad. We rented and drove around….a lot. But we found Paradise Point, and we couldn’t be happier. Friendly, safe and great parks. Houses are expensive but remember the 3 rules to real estate….Location Location Location.

Pacific Pines

"Investment Properties have killed the neighbourhood"

Like so many plan community areas the negative geared property idea, in Australia, has led to whole neighbourhoods having to deal with the transient nature of rentals. Perfectly good communities have fallen due to the ever growing need to profit. Pac Pines is one such area. In concept a great family community, in reality a mess.

Personally, I will continue to screen the homes on the street where I would consider purchasing. Hoping to find neighbourhoods with an 80-20 ratio. 80% owner occupied.

Beware reviews by Real Estate Agents......

That's just plain rude, I rent, I am a professional and a very house proud person, I am very fussy with what I rent, some renters trash the homes yes,, but so do a lot of owners, do you knock on the door of every unsavoury looking home or do you just assume they rent. I take great offence to your comment, and before you say I am a minority I say again where is your proof.

Another arrogant and out of touch real estate agent.
