These townhouses are in a complex on the hillside. There is a club house with a great swimming pool. Traffic is limited to residents - no thoroughfare. The grounds are immaculate and pleasing to the eye. This is a great place to live.

This is a great street for your family. Close to grade school and high school, your kids can walk in safety. It isn't far to grocery shops or I-5 for travel into Roseburg.

This area is located about a 30 minute drive from Roseburg. The surrounds are beautiful forrest and great views. Very quiet with occaisional logging truck activity. It is a slide prone area with several destructive slides, the last occuring in 1996. It would pay to look into this before you buy. Also, consider that it would take a fire truck at least 30-40 minutes to get to your property.

Also known as Limetree Park, this is a park for relocatable houses and people over fifty years of age. A few areas are nicely spaced but the majority is crowded and noise is a problem.

A married couple living on site manages the park. There have been numerous conflicts between residents and the management/owner. The numerous park rules are not consistently applied to everyone and this has caused a lot of angst.

Think twice about buying one of the many homes currently for sale. There are other parks in the Coffs area that are more attractive, affordable and run professionally.
