This street is right in the center of the wealthiest area in Robertson. Close to 2 hospitals, shopping centers, Griffith University, primary schools, some small parks, Market Square dining district, and other desirable amenities. Sits on a nice elevated plateau that never sees any flooding. Cool breezes for those with second story floors. New $3 million dollar mansions constantly popping up all through this area. Lawns, driveways, and fences could be maintained better but generally a clean street with no overhead power lines which gives it an unobstructed, open feeling. Consider yourself extremely lucky if you live in this area.
