Great place to live. Shops & parks close by. Joondalup & Currumbine just around the corner. I walk my dog thrice a day & we've walked most of the beautiful streets in Banksia Grove. Lovely neighbourhood. Fast internet options available too. The naysayers negative reviews are nonsense. I have lived here for a year, never encountered a bogan or heard loud music.
