Street is in good order.
A mix of old beach shacks and million dollar homes. Waterfront land well undervalued.

"Safe for children, low crime. Aesthetically pleasing parks and waterfront."
Very quiet town, not much in the way of eateries and nightlife. Suit sea changers who want to be close to airport and brisbane city.
City and interstate train nearby. Local council keep the place in good order. Great community spirit.

- Beachmere road can flood and cut the town off when there is alot of rain and the tides are high
