Underground Cabling always looks nice aswell as plenty of established trees and the street is not a cut through so not much traffic and no hoons.

I rented here for a few years and that was long enough for us to decide we wanted to live here, When we moved in I asked the neighbours if they have ever had any dramas, No one had ever had there house or car broken into , all have lived here over 10 years, I think it is like most suburbs where you have great parts and average parts, Im lucky enough to live in a great part.
