The houses in this street are fairly old now, but old enough that some people have started updgrading them. The proprerty prices in the area have also increased due to some new development around the place. There have been some ugly incidents in neighboring suburbs, and the train stations nearby are not the kind you would want to hang around (but these are getting facelifts now), so I think on the whole it will be a nicer place to live in a few years. Might be worth getting a place here now.
