We initially purchased land in williams landing as an investment. We soon changed our minds and decided to build our dream home there. The infrastructure is coming along, new school, new shopping centres, not far from Westbourne Grammar and not far from the city.

We were able to afford our dream home on a decent size block of land. Same house and same block at least double the price in the east! We're convinced that the whole area is going to sky rocket in price over the next 10 years esp as land dries up around Melbourne.

We're spoilt for shopping with all the outlets situated on Old Geelong Rd. Cant wait til the train station and town centre is built!
