Pelveratahome

Pelverata in my opinion will be a boom area in the future. It is less then half an hour from Hobart City. 15 minutes to Kingston and beaches and about the same to Huonville and a beautiful river. And unlike other areas a similar distance from Hobart, Pelverata stays green all year round.

I have lived here for almost five years and after two round Australia journeys I couldn't find a better place (I am 45). If you are serious about a tree change (and I don't mean just another suburb in another state) then Pelverata will tick all the boxes. Pelverata is not an estate designed to look like you are living green. Pelverata is the real thing.
