We have been here 9 months, we were attracted by how much further your money goes in comparison to Manly.

The area has a wide range of units, plentiful supply of buses into the CBD (30 minuts in peak hour) and a number of outdoors areas.

Manly Beach is a 25 minute walk and Manly Dam Reserve is 10 minutes walk from Manly Vale.

There is a Medium sized Coles in Manly Vale and 10 minutes up the road the large Warringhah Mall.

The one downside is that there is no nightlife here.
