"Bush, possums and loads of bunnys"
My Auntie lives in sandford with her three children and husband it is a very bushy suburb not bad with snakes though I might add. There is a very bad problem with rabbits and possums though so a veggie garden isn't the best option. There is a small shopping complex with rumours of a Woolworth's store opening up. Lauderdale primary is not far but no high schools I'm afraid.

"Horrible, horrible area"
Personally I think Clarendon vale is great.... for theft and being mugged. Clarendon vale is a suburb you do not want to live in. My best friend lives there and numerous times has been beaten stolen from or scared stiff. It is quite a filthy place and not friendly.

"A lovely quiet suburb"
Mornington is a nice suburb located close to many primary and high schools. It is also located not far from eastlands shopping centre. All in all mornington is a great place for first home buyers or investors I myself have lived here for twelve years and have never had a problem,
