Well, we've been in our new home for 18 months now and we still love the area (which, as local real estate agents is pretty lucky...lol). There are plenty of parks for kids, the schools seem to have a pretty good reputation (our daughter attends Yangebup Primary and we have no issues), the local shops are friendly (IGA needs a little kick up the ____ sometimes) and we are a short drive to the beach, larger shopping centres & freeway. 10minutes drive to Freo and 20 to the CBD (out of peak time). We're not going anywhere:)

I've lived in Yangebup for a couple of years now after moving here to live with my partner who has lived here most of her life.
We love it here. So much so that we are now building our new home in Yangebup.
The suburb is close to the coast, freeway, large and small shopping centres and Fremantle.
Our daughter goes to the local primary school and we have no complaints there.
Such a great variety of properties, from a first home or investment in the mid $300's to million dollar homes with ocean views in Bayview Estate.
After living in different countries and a few Perth suburbs, I am looking forward to moving into our new Yangebup home and wouldn't live anywhere else.
