Having lived in the area for over 30 years, I am so so saddened to see the suburb been destroyed by its current overdevelopment. Richmond used to be a quiet family friendly neighbourhood which was cheap to buy back in the 80's and you would somehow be made fun of if you lived in Richmond which I still don't understand because everyone wants to live in Richmond due to its proximity from the city.

You can no longer get any peace and quiet as there are youths renting everywere having parties most weekends. Do not get me started with the injecting room as I am heartbroken by what it brings to the area. I would not recommend this area to anyone looking to retire or get a good nights sleep. Rest In Peace Richmond of old, I loved you and you will always have a special place in my heart. You will always be 5 stars to me.
