I have lived in Hemmant for over 10 years and have found it to be a great place to live. It is quiet and safe. With in walking distance to the train, and a short trip to all shopping facilities. Being approx 7 minutes to the Bay and in Macedon St, I get lots of "Bay Breezes" There is no traffic and is only 15km to centre of the city Strongly recommend Hemmant as a pace to live
