Loved living here for the last 10 years .

A few reasons why :

1. Walking distance to so many eateries - only 5 mins to fast food, Wollies, restaurants , etc ...
2. A gym is only 4 min 55 sec's away door to door - I timed it
3. Plenty Valley shopping centre is only 3 mins away or 1 song
4. Mill Park Library is a few minutes away - enjoy the free wifi
5. South Morrang Train station is 4 mins away and there are 2 busses that get you home and 1 to get there
6. Bus stop at the front to take you down Plenty Rd
7. University Hill outlets only 7 mins away !!
8. Great neighbours - we all respect our space
9. Low traffic at any time of the day.
