It's a jolly good spot, lots of green and clean spaces, child friendly and dog friendly parks. People are friendly albeit they do keep to themselves safe a few nosey ones. It's so convenient and it does drive the value of property up. I think in the future, more and more people will want to live near shopping centres just because they do not want to drive and find a park.
