"Perfect balance between proximity, greenness, city views, community"

We moved here to be close to the city in a family friendly environment. CBD is 13 minutes by bus, the neighbourhood is quiet, people are out and about walking, jogging on the streets and while not abundant with restaurants and cafes, there is plenty within 5-10 minutes walk in Paddington. Overall we are really happy here.
