"Don’t move here. Bad neighbours, state housing, you could be lucky (or not)! It’s cheaper for a reason. Where I lived a party went on until 5am and I just couldn’t find a decent place in my house to get away from it. Windows rattled."
You may be lucky, but if not encourage anyone to move here, especially the old part. Both sides having state housing. My advice is look elsewhere and check areas out. It’s not all bad but it’s a chance you could end up with blasting music 24/7.
