"Buy in the right place and you can't go wrong"
We live on the East side of the train line in the central part. We have great neighbours, 300m from train station, 300m from a bus route but far enough away from the main road and far enough away from the train station for it to be a perfect quiet location. 40kmph speed limits on side roads is a bonus. Also as we are on the town side of the train station we do not have to cross it all the time. Its very high on my list of underrated suburbs but that is changing rapidly. We now have sub divisible blocks that were selling for $440-500k in 2017 now selling for 750-900k in 2022. Like a lot of suburbs they are starting to become unachievable for many without the means. We now regret not having purchased another block to subdivide.
