Wide, tree lined street - looks like something from the movies. Beautiful character homes, right in the centre of Annandale. Commands a premium compared to Johnson St, Young St etc.

Just bought a house and love it - moved from lower north shore where we seemed about 20yrs too young. Annandale definitely has that boutique village lifestyle, walking distance to shops, cafes, post office, bank, primary schools, pubs. Short stroll from where we live to Jubilee Park, Tramsheds, Rozelle & Blackwattle Bay. Seems like everyone has a dog, very heart warming suburb. Buses from Booth st to the CBD and surrounding areas, Uber is super quick / cheap for the surrounding nightlife in Glebe, Newtown, Surry Hills. Only downside is that you are close to busy flight paths in Leichhardt, and some smaller planes do fly over (even in north Annandale). Apart from that it's a great place to be.
