I bought my first place 18 months ago in dandenong as all l could really afford. in 18 months my value has gone from 188,000 to 280,000 so am happy with my return. Its a good staring area as cheaper housing and with all the major works happening here it will become a good investment. only issues here is there is no night life her. no cafes or bars/clubs that anyone other then gang members would go to.
