One one side walk one minute to the best coffee, best restaraunts, 24 hour gym, range of doctors, post office, pet shop, health food stores just to name a few then 5 minute stroll to supermarkets, pharmacy, nandos, more restaraunts, pub, hardware store among other things. Everything is at your fingertips! Bus stop a short stroll. On the other end of the street (1 minute in the opposite direction to shops) is a park with playground for kids, a dog park and a huge oval! It is a quiet street with friendly people. Some of Brisbane’s best schools in area, amazing views from the street which also means flood free! Pretty much anything you could want is here. It has become a very highly sought after street and there has been a lot of renovation/ development going on and prices have been steadily increasing in the last few years. Could never lose investing or living in this street! You also miss most of the moggil traffic as it is the closest part of Kenmore to Indooroopilly/centenary.
