This exclusive little suburb is special. On the oceanside pristine beaches, which are a very short walk from well kept council car parks, are not well known and as such often sparsely populated. I don’t think they are beach patrolled. The dunes walking trails are pleasant, picturesque, maintained in a natural appearance and relatively quiet, and consequently you’ll often encounter the local fauna on the trails. A couple of minutes further east takes you to the lake of West Lakes. So much water frontage! Minutes by car to Grange, trendy Henley Beach or Port Adelaide and even fewer minutes to the shopping precinct of Westfield West Lakes. All the ammenities without the bustle! The properties are well maintained and either come with stunning waterfront views or such close proximity to the beach/lake that it’s more effort to get into the car than it is to simply stroll there. Can’t drive?No worries! Public transport is within walking distance (bus and train). While properties don’t often hit the market, when they do, it’s worth a look to live in a little patch of up market paradise!
