This street is very quiet. Good place to raise a family. Within walking distance of the local shopping centre and primary and high schools. Across the road of this street is a creek and park with a walking slash riding track with several playgrounds along it. The street is full of some very nice houses which are all kept neat. It is one of the better areas of the town and you have to pay for it to live there.

It is a quiet street with a bunch of local shops just down the road. The shops include a fish and chip shop hairdresser and milk bar. There is also a park right across from where I live (my view out my front window is of the mountains that surround my town). There is also a church and primary school just across the street. Mobile reception is great, great Internet access no problems with utilities.

It is not to far out from town or from the local shopping centre and also not to far away from a golf course, soccer grounds, football grounds. Public Transport is good the nearest bus stop is only a two minute walk.

There is not much traffic that comes down the street.
