Great location to the city, main highways and airport, and area to be sought after in the future, especially the bushlands near the river. Bought here in 2009, and took advantage of the generous block sizes.

Great for

  • Close to EVERYTHING
  • Easy commute to city
  • Lots of activities and sports
  • Quiet

Not great for

  • Fustrationly slow council to make decisions. Ashfield Precinct Plan is dormant forcing people to go to the WAPC to overule town council planning to get developments in
