This suburb is growing really fast. The neighbors in Summer hill are so friendly. I'm pretty sure people in other estates are the same. Even though we have a busy schedule it's so nice to get together and do something. Most of them are younger families with kids. Newly built nice houses and It's so quiet. and there are so many parks around here. It's little bit far from the city. But have access to free ways and it doesn't take that long to go anywhere. There's bit of traffic in the morning on high street but now council is doing some work on the road and it's going to be better soon.

Northern hospital and Epping Plaza is so close and they are going to build a new shopping center in Epping north soon. I found this info from the City of Whittlesea website. We are glad that we moved to Epping. Everything is perfect and it's so peaceful.
