"Family Suburb"
We have lived in Mulgrave for 3 years now and love this place. Great for family with kids. Although its now started to get bit pricey.
Great for
- Access to Freeway around the corner
- Amenities a stones throw away
- Very quiet and residential
Not great for
- No cafe's with good coffee & breakfast!!! must go to glen waverley for a decent one!!
- No train station..nearest is either springvale or glen waverley (however great bus timetable)
