Larkin St

"Quiet with bird life"

Larkin Street ends in a cul-de sac, so no through traffic, and is situated far enough from the Highway to reduce noise to a minimum. Plenty of trees means plenty of bird life, especially early in the morning. Parking in the street is difficult during the week, as Roseville station is close by, and part of the street has been marked "2 hour parking" to allow some space for visitors. The street is narrow so that only one vehicle can get between the parked cars at once, but traffic is usually restricted to residents and visitor only.

Sounds like a nice St and area, however someone have Bancroft Ave a poor rating. What do you think? The review is here: http://streetadvisor.com/address/australia/new_south_wales/roseville/bancroft_avenue/review/5201/default.aspx
