Safe and quiet suburb to live with a great shopping precinct coming up at Ed Square and transport at your doorstep. The Edmondson Park station is the only reason we bought here as we work in the Sydney CBD. If you work in Parramatta there is a direct train with commute time only 35 minutes. The construction of a multistorey car park is underway at the train station and should be ready in 6 months, offering 1000+ additional car park spaces. A new road (Buchan Avenue) with pedestrian pathway and cycle track is also currently being constructed just besides the Edmondson Park station, which will make it a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the station for most residents and especially school students can independently walk to the train station. We have a very reputed Catholic private school in the heart of Edmondson Park and a recent announcement for public school has just been made by the Premier.

The cons could be:
- incoherent development with homes being built first and roads developed later;
- lack of trees and no much green space around. Would be good if Liverpool council or the Developers plant some trees after construction of homes and not before;
- lack of parks
