Surry Hills
20th April 2026

"10/10"

Whilst real estate prices have continued to increase in Surry Hills because of it's location with strong demand but extremely limited supply since it's largely a heritage protected suburb it's still one of Sydney's most walkable, established suburbs right next to the CBD.

The proximity to CBD, multiple transport hub options (including Central station which literally has Central in the name) nearby green spaces like Prince Alfred Park and easy access to Moore Park/Centennial Park, plus boutiques, galleries and creative energy makes it a great place to live

It has one of the highest concentrations of restaurants, cafes, and small bars in Australia. The startup scene, art galleries and creative studios creates a pull for professionals and entrepreneurs who want to live, work and socialise in the same few blocks.
