We moved to Arana Hills 10 years ago when we bought our first house, as it was what we could afford then. We like the area so much and when we were upgrading our home, we decided to stay in the area. Lots of parks and reserves, this makes the area feels "green" as if you are in the hinterland.... Brookside, Stafford and Chermside shopping Centre all less than 15 minutes away. Brisbane CBD is only 20 minutes by car. Bunya State Forrest is also on your doorstep. Compared to other suburbs within the same distance to the CBD, this is definately gives you value for your money.
