Great area, Amersham Dr is the best street in the area, easy walk to the oval and park, and walking distance to both primary and secondary college and medical centre. There are some lovely houses here and people are starting to spend money on renovations now that their kids are growing up. Generally hard to buy on this street, houses here (and in this area in general) don't come up for sale often. Really lovely area. Nice friendly people and a nice place to live
