Osborne Terrace
"Depression Bay"
We have lived here 2 1/2 years. progessively has gotten worse Not such a good area to live in. A lot of speeding cars and abusive people. Drug Raids. Noisey weekends with drunken people on the street smashing bottles and partys until 3 in the morning. Shame as it is a beautiful location by the water with great bike track. Just wished the demographic of people was better. Local shopping centre has horrible vibes, I shop at north lakes instead. Looking to move ASAP as we don't want to bring up our 2 year old in such a bad area.

I agree i live not far from Osborne Terrace. I live a real life nightmare listening to the metally ill screaming and shouting walking down the street with bluetooth speakers banging out garbage that doesn't resemble music. yes i agree the deception bay shopping centre is a dump with nasty characters loitering around the place. If I win the lotto right now i will be quietly be packing up and walking out the door to never return. Just a horrible place to live.
