Cranbourne

"Great suburb with everything you need"

Cranbourne is an evergrowing suburb, with a new estate seeming to pop up everyday! The new estates are helping bring more and more people to Cranbourne, which is crating the need for more amenities.

Cranbourne has plenty of sporting options, with Casey RACE (gym and aquatics centre), Casey Fields (Althletics, tennis, rugby, football, cricket, cycling).

It's pretty easy to park at most times of the day. Recently traffic has become an issue in certain parts of Cranbourne (peak hour problems exist on the South Gipsland Highway, Thompsons Road and Hall Road) but when compared to traffic problems in other areas they are pretty tame.

Housing is well priced and of a pretty high standard, a large percentage of homes have been fairy recently built and it is really just the centre of Cranbourne which has the old houses (there are a fair amount of renovations going on).

I would suggest Cranbourne for many types of people/families. It is suitable for anyone who wants to escape the city without missing out on any amenities.
