My family have lived in Bracken Ridge since the 1980's and we really enjoy living in this suburb. We live in the Enbrook Heights Estate, which is a beautiful estate with friendly and respectful neighbours. I think Bracken Ridge is in a great location with good transport and easy access to the most major aterials (straight off and on the gateway north or south bound within a few minutes). The shops are good, with everything that you need and the people are friendly. We are also within a two minute drive to Sandgate beach which is a great place to escape from the city living for just a while and take the dog for a walk along with foreshore or pick up fish in chips from Doug's Seafood. We have several education options with both public and private schools along with a TAFE.
