Nioka Rd is a great place to live as you are walking distance to the local primary school and local college. There is the wonderful Linear park close by which takes you all the way to the beach through the city. There is also Balmoral park at the end of the road which has a tennis court and bbq facilities.
Overall it is a great place if you have a family and love doing outdoor activities.
