"Nice Safe Place"
I found this a really safe place to live despite the fact that it is supposed to be a 'high crime' area. I had no issues with break ins, and no troublesome neighbors. The only mystery was with my cat who came home with a broken leg - don't know if someone broke it, hit her with a car, or what. But the cat was given expert attention by local vets.

- Good place to live - even for cheap
- Good and affordable constructions
- Quiet and safe
- Abbundant shops,businesses
Not great for
- A bit of a walk to local stores and train station
