I bought my unit here in 2019, bit high priced, but didn't regret as the convenience it offers out beats the money I paid. Frequent trains during busy hours, near by parks and also there is going to be a full fledged super market to be built in Dunmore street. This will be the first high rise in the neighborhood. The suburb will get a face lift after it has been revitalized by the new proposed changes. Yes it is overcrowded a bit, but we have to see what attracts people here. People complain but never leave the suburb, as they are mentally not prepared to lose the luxury. It will be a hot suburb when the situations is back to normal and people return to jobs. Then unit near public transport will get more attention. Till then as a first home buyer I will enjoy the moments I got here.
